About Corrine Gerard

Founder & Head Coach

Leading Transformation

I am an accomplished organizational development strategist with nearly two decades of experience guiding individuals and organizations toward transformative outcomes. My ability to connect human dynamics with broader organizational strategies makes me a trusted partner for clients seeking meaningful, lasting change—addressing both individual growth and system-wide improvements.

Leading People and Business

As a proven leader in the professional services industry, I have led geographically dispersed teams and successfully navigated the full business development and sales cycle. I excel at fostering collaboration, solving complex challenges, and guiding projects from inception to execution. I understand the juggling act my clients face—meeting customer needs, managing the business, and developing people. In my previous roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Guidehouse, I served clients in the government consulting, defense, management consulting, and non-profit sectors. I am especially passionate about supporting the military and veteran community, which I have served in various ways for the past 20 years.

Coaching Others

As a coach, I help clients move through swirling thoughts to identify the right next steps and move into action. I hold a Masters in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and am certified in the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment.

Living My Values

Perhaps my most important roles are wife and mother to a six-year-old son and an eight-year-old daughter. I believe in intentional work-life integration, making trade-offs that honor both my family and professional commitments. In 2024, I left full-time work in management consulting to focus on coaching—doing what I love while retaining the flexibility to fully invest in my family. Outside of work, you’ll often find me cheering poolside at swim meets, walking with my “mom tribe,” visiting family, or enjoying lake life.
